These terms and conditions govern your use of londongrass.com and any order you place with London Grass for artificial grass, accessories or installation services.

By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not place an order.

Orders can be placed online through the shop. All prices, product details and delivery charges shown at checkout form part of the contract between us.

Artificial grass is sold by the square metre and cut to the dimensions you specify in the calculator. It is your responsibility to check the measurements you enter before submitting an order.

We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, where a price has been listed in error, or where we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel, any payment taken is refunded in full.

Prices are shown per square metre excluding VAT, with VAT calculated and shown at checkout. The total payable, including VAT and delivery, is displayed before payment is taken.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect an order that has already been accepted.

Delivery charges are calculated by postcode, order weight and the delivery service available for your area, and are shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery timescales are estimates. Grass rolls are heavy and bulky, and delivery is to kerbside or the nearest accessible point to the property unless otherwise agreed. Someone must be available to receive the delivery.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Please inspect your delivery and report any damage, shortage or incorrect item within 48 hours of receipt, as set out in our Returns Policy.

Where collection is offered, goods must be collected within the period confirmed to you. Please bring a suitable vehicle and assistance, as rolls are heavy.

Installation is quoted separately and is subject to a site survey. Quotations assume reasonable access and ground conditions. Additional work required due to hidden obstructions, poor ground conditions or restricted access may be charged separately and will be agreed with you before it is carried out.

Where installation is supplied, the works are carried out with reasonable care and skill. Any defect in our workmanship should be reported within 14 days of completion so we can inspect and remedy it.

Artificial grass is a manufactured product. Shade, pile direction and texture can vary slightly between production batches and between rolls. This is normal and is not a defect. Where possible we supply the same batch for an order.

Product warranties are those stated on the product page and are provided by the manufacturer. The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, chemical exposure, fire, or normal flattening of the pile through use.

All orders are final. We do not accept cancellations or returns, including where a cancellation or return is requested within one working day of the order being placed.

Because every order is cut to your measurements and reserved for you once confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned for a change of mind.

This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to goods that are faulty, damaged on delivery, or not as described. These are dealt with in our Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of profit or any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
