The Ureka G1 Adhesive Applicator is the fastest and most efficient artificial grass adhesive system on the market. Applied from a standing position, the multi-bead nozzle head extrudes 11 beads of the Turfstikk 200C adhesive on to the seam tape or substrate, giving up to 30 linear meters of bonding per sachet of adhesive.
The applicator comes complete with an 18v lithium iron battery and charger, offering 12 hours of battery life with only 45 minutes charging time. The applicator also contains a speed dial from 1-10, offering the choice between a slower or faster application method.
The Ureka G1’s innovative dispenser head allows clean and precise application across the width of the area to be bonded. Using the correct settings, no adhesive spills on to areas it shouldn’t, and no adhesive is left uncovered.

| Preparation & Application | Ensure that the surfaces to be bonded are smooth, clean and free from dust or other deposits. Most construction grade materials are suitable such as wood, concrete, brick, insulation materials, porous and non-porous. Slight moistening of substrates improves the curing rate and gap filling properties. We recommend a preliminary compatibility test before bonding of desired substrates. The adhesive should be applied within the temperature range of +5˚C to +25˚C. Unscrew the applicator head, cut the tip of the Turfstikk 200 3ltr adhesive foil and insert into the G1 applicator. Replace the applicator head ensure the dispensing holes in the multi-bead nozzle are facing towards the substrate. Set the flow speed to your desired rate and squeeze the trigger, slowly walking backwards to ensure an even coverage. Join the parts together within 10 minutes. Pressing the materials during curing is necessary to obtain the highest bond strength. Cured adhesive has to be removed mechanically. |
